We are looking for a FMEA Engineer for a position located in Pune, India, starting immediatley.

Job Purpose/Role
As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:
- Manage all FMEA aspects of ongoing vehicle development project
- Plan and conduct FMEA with our stakeholders in CFT team and track action
- Plan and conduct quality activities for the FMEA for engineering developments.
- Reporting concerning the status-quo in the projects’ meetings
- Define FMEA Requirements for future systems Identify improvement areas, derive actions and support the development
- Keep track of improvements and their impact.
- Providing support regarding the definition and monitoring of risk mitigation measures
Your qualifications
Must Have
- Strong knowledge FMEA process in Vehicle development processes for Vehicle-System- Components in Mechatronics as well as Mechanical
- Strong experience in conducting complex FMEAs for mechatronics solutions/systems and functions
- Strong knowledge of the standard ISO26262 (Functional Safety)
- Strong experience in Preparation, moderation, and execution of FMEAs
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Able work in Cross Functional departments, able to work independently
- Strong Organizational and coordination skills, Ability to convince.
- Business and Technical fluent English and solid German skills
- Strong sense of logical and systematic way of thinking with applied experience, the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, self-motivated, results-driven individual, moderation skills and experiences, team player, Ability to make decisions independently
- Sensitivity for quality
