CAE Analyst (HV system Simulation)
We are looking for a CAE Analyst (HV system Simulation) for a position located in Pune, India, starting immediately.

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:
- Perform HV Power network Simulations - electronic circuits, subsystems, and full systems (signal integrity, power integrity).
- Perform EMI/EMC simulations and optimize design strategies for EMI/EMC compliance in high-speed digital, RF, power, and mixed-signal PCB designs. (radiated/conducted emissions, SI/PI, crosstalk).
- Optimize stack-ups, grounding, shielding, filtering, and decoupling.
- Conduct post-layout verification and prepare validation reports.
- Correlate simulation results with EMC lab test data.
- Ensure compliance with EMC standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
- Qualification: ME / M.Tech / BE : Electronics / Electrical
- Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
- Hands-on experience in HV simulations Electrical short circuit, capacitance CY/CX calculation, equipotential bonding system, etc.
- HV circuit simulation tools: MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape
- EMI/EMC simulation tools: Simulia CST, ANSYS Maxwell
- Robust knowledge of PCB layout and EMC design techniques.
- Hands-on EMI/EMC troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Good problem-solving skills and making using of first principles to approach a problem.
Good to have
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline simulation workflows.
- Familiarity with experimental validation of numerical simulations.
- Experience in simulation methodology & process development.
- Automotive industry experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
