Data Analyst - HR Reporting

We are looking for a Data Analyst - HR Reporting for a position located in Pune, India, starting immediately.

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:

  • Support the design and implementation of a global HR controlling framework, focusing on harmonized data definitions and reporting.  
  • Support in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing HR data from different TRATON brand systems to further translate into one group-wide data standard.  
  • Support in building data models, dashboards, and reports that provide transparent and actionable insights for HR and business leaders.  
  • Responsible to proactively review and suggest areas of focus for process improvement to drive automation initiatives in HR data management and reporting.  
  • Will be key contributor in the foundation of a new HR Controlling team and supporting in setting up of structures, processes, and tools in HR Controlling and data management.  
  • Be a strong support system for local HR Business Partners from Germany, Sweden and U.S within TRATON Group R&D to contribute to strategic HR decision- making within TRATON Group R&D.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • Qualification:   Graduate, in any discipline with Masters in Business Administration | BE Data Science SAP BI tool certifications, Power BI certification would be an added
  • advantage. Experience in Automation areas and tools.  
  • Experience Range: 3 to 5 years  
  • Should be able to integrate oneself into the Global HR Controlling team.    
  • Experience in building business intelligence and dynamic dashboards using SAP BI tools, PowerBI, MS Excel, Python etc.  
  • Prior experience in Data Analysis, HR Analytics, Headcount Controlling. International experience in this area would be an added advantage.  
  • Proven experience in translating complex and heterogenous data sources into standard format and business insights.  
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel.  
  • Hands on experience in SAP and Power BI. Experience on using SAP BI tool would be an added advantage.  
  • International experience in HR Data Analytics would be an added advantage.  
  • Candidates must have experience to work in global teams.  
  • Data Analytics profiles with HR domain can also be looked at.  
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.  
  • Must have experiences with SAP, BI tools.
