Desktop Engineer (Network Support)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Network Support.  
• Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.  
• Familiarity with hardware from vendors such as Cisco (routers/switches), Palo Alto ( FW ).  
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, or SolarWinds, WireShark.  
• Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents from Client and Network side.    
• Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira.    
• Good to have Client and Server operating system knowledge.    
• Practical experience with Active Directory.  
• CCNA Certified.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech IT/Comp  
• Experience Range: 1 to 3 years  
• Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WLC, Access Points, VPN. WAN devices like MUX, leased lines.       
• TCP/IP DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s. End point devices. Wireshark network analyzer tool.
