Desktop Engineer
We are looking for a Desktop Engineer for a position located in Pune, India, starting immediately.

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
- Experience resolving software, hardware, and basic network issues.
- Practical experience with Active Directory, user account management, and MFA.
- Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira.
- Experience with remote support tools (SCCM remote assistant, Remote Desktop, etc.).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech Computer/IT
- Experience Range: 1 to 3 years
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
- Thorough understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & VLAN.
- Good to have knowledge of IT project management.
- Good Communication skills.
