HR Data Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a HR Data Reporting Specialist for a position located in Pune, India, starting immediately.

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:

  • Responsible to design and implementation of a global HR controlling framework, focusing on harmonized data definitions and reporting aligned with Global Controlling team.  
  • Drive the Collection, consolidation, and analysis of HR data from different brand systems, translating it into one group-wide data standard.  
  • Responsible to build data models, dashboards, and reports that provide transparent and actionable insights for HR and business leaders.  
  • Drive progressive reviews and suggest areas of focus for process improvement and make plans to drive automation initiatives in HR data management and reporting.  
  • Act as a key contributor in the foundation of a new HR Controlling team, supporting the establishment of structures, processes, and tools.  
  • Build up a strong support system for local HR Business Partners from Germany, Sweden and U.S within TRATON Group R&D to contribute to strategic HR decision- making within TRATON Group R&D.  
  • Act as a strategic business partner to HR and R&D stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

  • Qualification: Masters in Business Administration | BE Data Science  
  • Experience Range: 8 to 12 years  
  • Experience in building business intelligence and dynamic dashboards using SAP BI tools, PowerBI, MS Excel, Python etc.  
  • Prior experience in Data Analysis, HR Analytics, Headcount Controlling. International experience in this area would be an added advantage.  
  • Proven experience in translating complex and heterogenous data sources into standard format and business insights.  
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel.  
  • Hands on experience in SAP and POwer BI. Experience on using SAP BI tool would be an added advantage.  
  • International experience in HR Data Analytics would be an added advantage.
