HIL Test Engineer

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a member of our team you will have the following tasks:

• Perform AC & DC charging validation on HIL setups.  
• Execute EVSE communication testing (PLC, CCS protocol).  
• Conduct Diagnostic & functional validation (UDS, DoIP).  
• Develop and maintain CAPL-based test scripts.  
• Configure and operate complete HIL environment.  
• Perform test automation using ECU TEST / CANoe / CANape.  
• Analyze logs using VSignalyzer / CAN tools.  
• Support ISO-15118 and ISO-26262 related validation activities.  
• Work closely with system, software, and hardware teams.  
• Track issues using JIRA or similar tools.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

• Qualification: M Tech/ BE – E&TC/Electronics/Electricals  
• Experience Range: 6 to 8 years  
• 6–8 years hands-on experience in EV charging domain.  
• Strong knowledge of:  
• AC & DC charging testing  
• Value Added Services (VAS)  
• EVSE communication (PLC, CCS)  
• ISO-15118  
• ISO-26262    
• Strong knowledge of:  
• CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, UDS, XCP, Ethernet, FlexRay  
• Hands-on experience in:  
• CAPL scripting  
• ECU TEST Tool  
• CANoe, CANape
• Good understanding of complete HIL architecture.  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.  
• ISTQB certification.  
• Flexible for international travel (up to 3 months).

Good To have    

• Python scripting.  
• Embedded test environment experience.  
• Real-time systems knowledge.  
• dSPACE toolchain.  
• Understanding of E&E development processes.
